These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern any project, quote, or engagement between Venta Studio (ABN 88 621 732 061, "we", "us", "our") and the client ("you", "your") for web design, development, or related services booked through ventastudio.com.au or agreed directly with us. By engaging our services — including approving a quote, paying a deposit, or instructing us to begin work — you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services
Venta Studio provides custom web design, development, and related digital services (such as SEO foundations, analytics setup, and brand-led design systems) as described in the package or proposal you agree to. Exact deliverables, page counts, and features are confirmed in writing — via a quote, proposal, or project brief — before work begins.
2. Quotes, pricing & payment
Prices published on our website are starting prices — final pricing depends on scope, page count, content, functionality, and integrations, and is confirmed in a written quote after a discovery call. Unless otherwise agreed:
- A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins
- The remaining balance is due before final files are handed over or the site is launched
- Invoices are payable within 7 days unless a different term is agreed in writing
- Work may pause if payment is significantly overdue
3. Project timelines
Estimated timelines are provided at the start of each project and depend on the scope agreed. Timelines assume timely feedback and content from you — delays in providing content, approvals, or access to accounts can extend the delivery date accordingly. We'll flag any timeline impact as soon as we're aware of it.
4. Revisions & scope changes
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, as outlined in your quote. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope (new pages, new features, or a substantial redesign after work has started) may be quoted separately and billed as an additional cost before we proceed.
5. Your responsibilities
To keep your project on track, you agree to provide timely feedback, required content (copy, images, logos, brand assets), and access to any accounts we need (hosting, domain, third-party tools) as requested. You're responsible for ensuring any content you provide doesn't infringe on the rights of others.
6. Intellectual property & ownership
Once your project is paid in full, ownership of the final website files and custom design created specifically for you transfers to you. We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing. Any underlying tools, code snippets, or frameworks we've built for general use across projects remain our intellectual property.
7. Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel a project at any time by notifying us in writing. Deposits are non-refundable, as they cover time already committed to your project (research, planning, and scheduling). If work has progressed beyond the deposit stage, you'll be invoiced for work completed up to the cancellation date, calculated on a pro-rata basis against the total quote.
8. Post-launch support
Each package includes a period of post-launch support (as specified in your quote) covering minor fixes and questions related to the delivered scope. This doesn't cover new features, content updates beyond what was agreed, or issues caused by changes made outside of Venta Studio after handover. Ongoing support and maintenance beyond this window is available on request.
9. Limitation of liability
We take care to deliver reliable, well-tested work, but we can't guarantee a website will be completely free of errors, or guarantee specific business outcomes (such as traffic, leads, or sales) resulting from it. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the project in question.
10. Third-party services
Projects may rely on third-party platforms and services (such as hosting providers, Shopify, Calendly, or Google Analytics). These are governed by their own terms and pricing, and we're not responsible for outages, changes, or costs imposed by third parties outside our control.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you approve a quote or begin a project is the version that applies to that engagement. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
